Your child will have a blast during our summer programs filled with crafts, baking, yoga, outdoor sports, nature walks, plus a STEM-based curriculum. Whether they want to enhance their artistic skills or enjoy exploring the outdoors, we have a variety of planned activities that guarantee to awaken your child’s imagination and inspire their creativity.
Crafts
Explore a world of origami swans, Egyptian, clay vases, sock puppets, and paper-mâché masks. Children will have the opportunity to enhance their creativity through fine art and design. Each week, they’ll explore lessons filled with art education and be encouraged to explore the world of art.
Baking
Children will explore the realm of baking alongside their exploratory leader. They’ll discover how to read and create cookbooks, gather tools and ingredients, and the how-tos for mixing and creating common baking goods. Every week you can expect your child to bring home a delicious homemade treat made personally by them!
Yoga
Tranquility, strength, and flexibility are only a few of the many skills that this course has to offer. Children will explore skills to help with channeling frustration and advanced breathing techniques. They will also learn several of many yoga positions that encourage blood flow and relaxation.
Sports
Competition is healthy. Kids learn to create a team dynamic and use their competitive skills to positively challenge each other. Everybody needs a good challenge during the summer. Taking on this opportunity to form structured play will enable children to further their skills in team building, socialization, and initiative.
Nature
Nightcrawlers, robins, and chipmunks. Oh My! Allow your child to indulge in the great wilderness that this summer has to offer. Exploration in this course will allow for children to excite their senses by releasing their curiosity and enhancing their knowledge of the ecosystem.
STEM-Based Curriculum
Our students rotate through multiple learning environments including culinary, art, science, dramatic play, and our media center. This ensures daily exposure to STEM-based learning, which uses a hands-on, systematic approach to teach science, technology, engineering, the arts, and mathematics while developing both problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
